I was walking blind. You don’t have to.
March 2026 was the lowest point of my working life. It was also the month I started with AI. I'm not a developer and I'm not technical. I was walking blind: a lot of trial and error, and money spent on things that didn't work.
Two things changed it. First: stop asking AI questions and give it a job, with the facts and the rules. Second: every time something went wrong, it became a rule. A text went to a client as "Mrs Lisa". 150 flyers went out with a QR code to the wrong page. Each one became a rule the system checks every time. A mistake on its own is a bad day; a mistake that becomes a rule is never the same bad day twice.
I stopped being the bottleneck in my own business. Then other people asked for it: that became Backbone. The point was never the technology. It was the habit: one job, clear rules, check the result.

I've never used AI. Is this too advanced?
No. It starts from zero: how to sign up, what to click, what to type and what you should see. If you can send an email, you can do this course.
Which AI tool do I need?
ChatGPT, Grok or Claude. Every step is written for all three. The free plan of any of them is enough for the whole course.
Is it only for real estate?
No. The examples come from tradies, shops, offices and agents. The method works in any business.
How long does it take?
Seven short modules, about 20 minutes each. One a day is the right pace.
How do I get in after paying?
